Upcoming Releases on the Alt Rock Radar - November

2025 isn’t over yet, and some of the bands we’ve been following through their singles still have albums left to drop. Here’s a quick look at what’s left to come in November:

Citizen Soldier – Family Heirlooms (Nov 12)

A good chunk of this album is already available to stream—we’ve been listening to “Inner Critic” and “Sit in Your Shadows.” Soulful, powerful vocals meet introspective lyrics that tackle tough mental health topics in a way that feels more approachable through music. We’re looking forward to hearing what else Citizen Soldier has to say when the full album drops.

Finger Eleven – Last Night On Earth (Nov 12)

Best known for hits like “Paralyzer” and “One Thing” (both fixtures on the Alt Rock Rewind playlist), Finger Eleven has released three singles from their upcoming album. We especially enjoyed the title track—it’s a slow jam that echoes the vibe of “One Thing.” The chorus, “Nothing’s right when all you say is nothing’s wrong,” hits hard and will resonate with anyone who's been in a relationship that just stopped working. This one feels like it could rival their earlier successes.

Voila – Last Laugh Part II (Nov 21)

We started following Voila about a year ago when they released “Ballerina.” Their newest album, Last Laugh Part II, drops later this month. The band cranks out singles at a ridiculous pace—about one every three weeks. Their sound is generally uptempo with clever wordplay. “Vogue” is probably our favorite track so far; it references Fountains of Wayne’s “Stacy’s Mom” and plays with the double meaning of “issues,” nodding to both mental health and magazines. We’re excited to hear what the rest of the album has in store.

Aerosmith and Yungblud – One More Time (Nov 21)

Only one single from this upcoming EP has dropped so far, but we can’t get enough of the title track. Steven Tyler and Dominic Richard Harrison’s vocals harmonize beautifully, and the song feels like a natural extension of Yungblud’s excellent 2025 album, Idols. It’s just five tracks long, but it promises to be the kind of EP you’ll want to play on repeat.

Kensington – First Rodeo (Nov 28)

Kensington was new to us this year, and they’re closing out November with a full album, First Rodeo. “Safe Haven” made its way onto the Alt Rock 2020–2025 playlist a few months back—it’s a solid slow jam. This release falls into the category of “can’t wait to dive deeper.” We’re hoping the rest of the album carries a similar vibe.

Like what you hear? Go purchase the album like it’s 1999. Enjoy!
