I'll admit we do a lot music streaming, mostly one song at a time building up our monthly playlists - always on the look out for that new song. That doesn't always lend itself well to listening to full albums. I know I'm behind again, but I really struggled this week. I listened to my Release Radar on Friday and then started working through the All New Rock list, maybe I was just off this week but I was really not feeling it. (Maybe because I was rocking out with Diamante and Fuel on Friday night in Iowa - just puts a damper on headphone and Spotify, ya know?) March was a crazy good month for new music, the March playlist peaked at 73 songs. March was full of drops from familiar names like Foo Fighters, Sevendust, Nickelback, U2, New Found Glory, Young the Giant, Depeche Mode, and so many more. And at the same time, lots of bands we've been following since launching Smells Like Alt Rock like: As It Is, Lansdowne, Kensington, L0L0, Dexter and Moonrocks, and The Haunt - dropped some real bangers too.  The task to cut the playlist down for the end of the month was really hard this time, we got it down to a top 20 with 5 honorable mentions.
